At Layers, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the following conditions:


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

  • After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.


2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original packaging with all tags intact

  • Free of stains, scents, or signs of wear


3. Process

  1. Contact us at layers.mena@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

 

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange an exchange for the correct item at no extra cost.
