Questions
Questions
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
EGP 85, anywhere in Egypt, on every order. Orders above EGP 1,250 ship free. Bosta is the courier; you will get an SMS from them with your tracking link once your order is on its way.
How do I pay?
Cash to the courier when your order arrives. If you would rather pay ahead, reply to the WhatsApp confirmation we send after you order and we will send a Bosta payment link.
How does any three for EGP 900 work?
Put any three tops in your cart, any colour, any shape, any size, and EGP 150 comes off automatically. Nothing to enter. Six tops take the discount twice.
Which size am I?
The tops come in S, M and L. Use the size finder on any product page: your height and weight in, your size out. Between two sizes? Go up for a relaxed fit, down for a closer one.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes, within 72 hours of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and the tags are on. Email layers.mena@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like instead. You cover the return shipping unless the piece arrived wrong or damaged, in which case it is on us.
How do I look after them?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. No bleach, no tumble dryer. Hang to dry and iron on low if you need to.
Where is my order?
Bosta sends an SMS with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not heard anything within two working days of ordering, email layers.mena@gmail.com with your order number.
